Who processes the data

What data we collect
Through the request form: name, company name, email address, phone number, delivery country, task description and attached files (drawings, 3D models, photos, specifications). We only ask for the data without which we cannot prepare a quote and reply to you.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and continue correspondence about your task. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken before entering into a contract (Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). We do not use this data for newsletters or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
How files are stored
Files attached to a request go into private storage: they are not published on the site and are not available via a direct link. Only the employees handling requests have access to them. At your request we will sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you share any documentation.
How long we keep the data
We keep requests and correspondence for as long as they are needed to handle your enquiry and meet the accounting and tax requirements of Latvian law. Once that need ends, the data is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, request correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive your data in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to us at the address above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija).
Cookies
The site uses only the technical cookies required for it to function: session cookies, form protection against request forgery and the selected interface language. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies from third-party services. The map on the About us page is loaded from Google servers — Google rules apply when you view it.
