From cast blank to finished part
We machine our own castings, cast blanks and customer parts according to drawings, 3D models, technical specifications and samples.
The main areas of work are turning and milling, drilling, boring operations, thread cutting, machining of planes, holes, seats, flange surfaces, grooves, bushings, housings, covers, hubs and other mechanical engineering parts.
We work in two formats: machining our own castings to finished parts and contract machining of customer blanks.
The specific machining feasibility is determined after analysis of the drawing, material, blank dimensions, required accuracy, roughness, allowances, batch volume and inspection requirements.
Machining
West Baltic Group performs machining of in-house castings, cast blanks and customer parts from drawings, 3D models, technical specifications and samples.
The main areas of work are turning, milling, drilling, boring, thread cutting, machining of planes, holes, seating surfaces, flange faces, grooves, bushings, housings, covers, hubs and other mechanical engineering parts.
Machining is performed in two formats:
machining of in-house castings, from cast blank to machined part;
contract machining: turning, milling, drilling and boring of customer blanks and parts.

West Baltic Group machines in-house cast blanks and also accepts customer blanks and parts for machining.
The specific machining feasibility is determined after analysis of the drawing, material, blank dimensions, required accuracy, roughness, allowances, batch volume and inspection requirements.
